First Google Android App Launched By Rival Microsoft

Microsoft has launched it’s first app for the Android platform by arch-rival Google. This comes after Microsoft has launched a few apps for the iPhone by Apple.

Named Tag, the app works on Android, iPhone, J2ME, Windows Mobile, Symbian S60 phones and Blackberry. It is an interactive 2D Barcode Reader. Snap a picture containing some information anywhere and the program will interpret it.
